Raymond Cheng, Senior Advisor
Mr. Cheng founded Chiaphua Vietnam and headed up the Vietnam operations since the inception of the Group's activities in the country. He served as the first term Chairman for five years of the Real Estate Sub-Committee of the Vietnam Business Forum.
Jonathan Cheng, Executive Chairman
Mr. Cheng co-founded Jen Capital, a subsidiary of the Chiaphua group of companies, the mandate of which was the establishment and management of the group's private equity property fund Jen Capital Vietnam Property Fund. He previously had private equity and corporate finance roles at Lehman Brothers (New York and Hong Kong), Peregrine Direct Investment and Capital Z Asia.
Nguyen Vinh Tran, Managing Director
Mr. Tran Nguyen has over 27 years in real estate development, investment and construction with the last 14 years in Vietnam. Prior to joining Jen Capital Advisors, he was the CEO of public listed real estate developer, Nam Long Investment Corporation (NLG), where he successfully achieved an IPO in 2013 and brought in institutional investors such as International Finance Corp. (IFC) as strategic partner. Under Mr. Tran Nguyen, NLG was recognized as the top 3 real estate and affordable housing developer in HCMC and achieved tremendous growth each year in sales and revenue. Before coming back to Vietnam, Mr. Tran Nguyen has extensive international experience in construction and project management working in USA, Europe, and China. He was also a commissioned officer serving in the US Navy’s Civil Engineering Corps from 1986 to 1995.
Nguyen Minh Tuan, CIO and CFO
Mr. Tuan Nguyen has over 15-year experience in audit, finance and investment in Vietnam, previously as Chief Investment Officer of Nam Long, CFO of OPV Pharmaceuticals, and Research director of SaigonBank-Berjaya securities, Vietcapital Securities. He started his professional career at Deloitte and is a qualified CFA and CPA.
Guy Higgins, Director, Head of Development
Guy has been in the property industry for nearly 30 years, starting out as a building surveyor in the UK and moving into Project Management. His career has been with contractors, consultants, material manufacturing and sales, property owners and developers and geographically has covered the UK, Australia, HK, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, The Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, UK.
Le Minh Khanh, Director of Business Development
Khánh has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, development and sales in Vietnam. Previously Sales & Marketing Director of Nam Long Investment Corporation (NLG), Khanh was in charge of Sales & Marketing, Research and Development, Business Development, Investor Relations and Property/asset management. Under his guidance, NLG won 5 international property prizes as best developers in Vietnam and best affordable housing Ehome brand. His team also achieved best ever record sales for NLG in 2014 with over 1,700 units sold. He also held roles at Coldwell Banker Vietnam, VinaSecurities, Indochina Land and Phu My Hung Corporation.
Pham Thanh Ha, Associate Director
Ha has been involved in real estate investment in the U.S., China and Vietnam. Prior to joining Jen Capital, she executed underwriting, evaluation and real estate investments on behalf of Swire Properties Limited (Ho Chi Minh City) and JPMorgan Asset Management Global Real Assets Group (New York and Hong Kong) totalling over USD100m worth of acquisitions. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College, MA, U.S., with a B.A Magna Cum Laude Economics and Statistics.
Huynh Quan Thuan, Chief Accountant
Thuan has more than 10 years experience in the accounting and finance management position with many years holding the position of chief accountant or finance manager. He has worked for real estate companies include Sun Wah Vietnam Properties Limited (Sun Wah Tower project), Petroleum Technical Service Company (Petrol Tower project), Kien A Investment and Service Limted (Blooming parks/Imperial project). He graduated from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City with a Bachelor degree and an MBA from the France-Vietnamese Centre for Management Education.
Florence Tsang, Finance Manager
Ms. Tsang is the Fund Finance Manager. She has over 22 years operational accounting experience in Hong Kong, most recently serving for over 8 years as Senior Accountant at a property development and investment holding company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board and with multiple operating subsidiaries. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant and Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Ms. Tsang is a graduate of the Hong Kong Polytechnic.
